So, here we are, the day after Christmas. Brandt is at work and Alexandra is taking a nap. Daycare is closed today, or I would be at work! So what do I do, I start a blog.
So many of the people we care about are too far away, so I decided this would be the best way for you to keep up with us. And I think it's an even better way for me to chronicle the goings-on of Alexandra and our little family here in Portland. I don't scap book - I would LOVE too, but I can never seem to find the time. And I tried My Space - it just wasn't for me.
I hope you take the time now and again to stop by and check us out. My new year's resolution for 2008 is keep this journal on a regular basis - so hold me too it!

Hi Ms. Dee, Love the name of your blog. And I know you are going to love blogging. You get addicted to it. When I first started blogging I thought "who in the world would want to read what I have to say." Lo and behold it seems a lot of people do. I am so glad that you have created a blog to chronicle the events of the Stone Family. Aunt Lynn has a gift for blogging that makes you imagine that you are right there with her. I think your blog will do the same and I hope that it brings you much joy. I can't wait to read about the adventures of "Little Bits," you and Brandt! I love you and miss you dearly.
