I got a little restless because I was thinking that my original blog template really didn't represent me or what I'm all about. I'm still not sure I know the answer to that, but this new look certainly is more "me."
My new header is a picture I took at my parent's house in Lake Gaston, NC. It's a wonderful place that I'm sure you all will learn a lot more about in the near future.
So for now, this look will have to do. I'm sure it will change again, but hey, this is all about self-discovery, right?

Hello hon, sorry i only just saw the comment on my blog. Yes, just plain cookies like Girl Guide biscuits, or Scouts? lol. and desicated cocounut is just the finely grated shop bought coconut that you can see on the outside of the truffles. I think your new look is very nice!!! What I think you will find is that you will change the design and the template from time to time as you are feeling your own growth -- I know I have done it...it's like changing my hairstyle sometimes!! Looking forward to hearing more about Lake Gaston area - I think I've been in the area many years ago on my way south when I stopped to visit a friend!
And blogging has been for me a most enlightening, self-discovering process. So I have to agree with you! And I like the new look. Blessings... Polly
